Hey Everyone! Thank you for a wonderful season so far! We are proud to say that we have already surpassed the amount of guests we were able to tour with last season, and we couldn’t have done it without you!
July has been filled with an abundance of wildlife sightings around Juneau. From prancing deer to curious marmots to soaring eagles…there has truly been something for everyone to see.
In terms of plant life, our fireweed has come into bloom, and it looks stunning as always. You can actually find much of this along the routes of our Coastal Segway and Rainforest eBike tours! There are also many edible berries in season along the trail walk with these tours including wild blueberries, huckleberries, and watermelon berries. Some of these berries are also along our Alpine Segway route with the addition of salmonberries!
The sunny days have allowed for a ton of adventure! Though the days are few in this rainforest environment, our guides know how to fully take advantage of them. Our company spent one of these days at the St. James Bay public-use cabin for team bonding and discussion about this season so far. It was a fun overnight trip!
